Nervous dogs are welcome here, and owners often tell us their dog came out relaxed and happy. It is a quiet, private set-up rather than a busy shop floor.
Matted coat work is part of what we do. Bring your dog in and Lauren will look at the coat with you and talk through the kindest way to handle it.
Yes, paw and pad tidies can be booked on their own. Even dogs who are fussy about their feet are usually done quickly.
We are at 109 Park Ave, Potters Bar EN6 5EW. The grooming room is at the back of the house, with a garden to wait in if you would rather stay.
